Playing Brahms is based on two waltzes (no. 3 and no. 6) from Brahms’s op. 39. The second waltz is for left hand alone. This work was commissioned by and is dedicated to Ann DuHamel, with funds provided by the University of Minnesota Morris Faculty Research Enhancement Funds.
